We use a small number of strictly necessary items so the site works and so a signed-in session stays signed in.

Strictly necessary: session and security items that keep you signed in to an AltirasPay portal and protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Without these the site cannot function.

Preference: where you have made a choice the site should remember, such as a saved draft of an application form on your own device.

3What we do not use

We do not set advertising or retargeting cookies.

We do not run third-party analytics or behavioural tracking on this site.

We do not sell or share information collected by cookies.

4Third parties

Some pages rely on services that are necessary to deliver them, such as our hosting provider and the service that sends email from our forms. These process requests on our behalf and are covered by our Privacy Policy.

If you follow a link from this site to another organization's site, their cookies and their policies apply, not ours.

5Managing cookies

Every major browser lets you see, block and delete cookies in its settings.

Blocking strictly necessary items will stop parts of the site working — in particular you will not be able to stay signed in to a portal.

6Changes

If we add analytics, advertising or any other tracking, this page will be updated in the same release that adds it, and the version and effective date above will change.

That is a deployment control, not a promise. A tag cannot be switched on until the vendor, the data collected, the purposes and the storage mechanism are identified, this policy and the Privacy Policy are updated, consent controls are added where required, and the new version is published. The policy changes first; the tag goes live after.
