Why this is stated per relationship
·AltirasPay's role differs by Provider. In one it may act as a referral source; in another as a registered sales organization; in another as a servicer performing specified functions.
·Card-network rules require registration for certain roles, and the applicable role determines what AltirasPay may and may not do for your account.
·We will tell you, for your account, which applies — ask and we will put it in writing.
What never changes
·Whatever the role, AltirasPay is not the bank, the acquirer or the processor.
·Underwriting, pricing, reserves, funding, classification and termination are the Provider's decisions in every arrangement.
