Never submitted
·Businesses whose products or activities are unlawful in the jurisdictions where they sell.
·Businesses that cannot be truthfully described to a Provider.
·Transaction laundering in any form — processing for an undisclosed business, an undisclosed website, or another entity.
·Businesses sanctioned, or owned or controlled by sanctioned persons.
·Any merchant asking us to minimize, disguise or inaccurately describe what it actually does.
Category consideration is not product eligibility
·AltirasPay works with specialized and higher-risk categories. Considering a category does not mean every product, business model, jurisdiction or sales method within it is eligible.
·A merchant may be acceptable while one of its products is not. A product may be acceptable in one state and not another. A website may be acceptable while an affiliate funnel pointing at it is not.
·We work only with businesses and products that can be truthfully disclosed to, and accepted by, the applicable Provider. Provider availability varies and changes.
Programs change
·A Provider can withdraw appetite for a category at any time, for reasons it does not have to explain to us. A category we placed last quarter may have no route this quarter.
·We will tell you when that is the case rather than submit an application we expect to be declined.
